Paritya Developers Private Limited is tucked away in Gali No.1, Mayur Kunj, over in Bhondsi. It’s a bit further out from the main Gurgaon hub, which is actually kind of nice because it's less chaotic. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. The office is simple, just what we need to run the business. Bhondsi is growing, and we are right there in the middle of it. We deal with a lot of local development work. Sometimes the roads in Mayur Kunj can be a bit dusty, but that’s just part of the area. We aren't big on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We spend more time out looking at projects than sitting behind a desk anyway. Our team is made up of local people who know the 122102 area well. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. People usually find us through word of mouth. It's a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking at maps or talking to some workers. It’s just regular daily life for us here in Haryana. We don't pretend to be more than what we are.
