If you are looking for OZEM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED, we are up on the fourth floor of the Suncity Success Tower. Our units are 410-411. The tower is located on the Extension Road in Sector 65, Gurugram. It’s a pretty modern building compared to some of the other places in town. Even though we are in a big tower, our office inside is quite normal and a bit lived-in. We have desks, some old files, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding Sector 65 area, which is always under construction. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading down at once. We spend our days dealing with various build projects and looking at site reports. The Extension Road is always busy with traffic, so we hear the honking even from up here. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a basic one that gets the job done. It is a professional enough spot, but we don't go overboard with the decor or anything like that. Most of the time we are just focused on the tasks sitting on our desks. It’s a convenient place for us to meet people because there is parking in the building, which is rare in Gurgaon. We try to keep things simple and get the work finished.
