Outset Estates Llp is located at 502, Tower 17 in The Close South. That’s over in Nirvana Country, which is part of Sector 50 in South City 2. It’s a nice residential area, so it’s a bit calmer than the main commercial zones. Our office is up on the fifth floor. We have a good view of the neighborhood from here. We’ve been working out of this tower for a while. It’s a comfortable spot to sit and get through the day’s tasks. We mostly deal with estate matters, so we’re often on the phone or looking at local listings. The team is small, just a handful of us who know the South City 2 area inside and out. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them find what they’re looking for. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel. There are always piles of folders and maybe a few crumbs from someone’s lunch. It’s not a showroom; it’s where we actually work. Being in Nirvana Country is great because it’s easy to get around to other parts of Sector 50. We like the local vibe here. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without any unnecessary drama. It’s a decent way to work, and Tower 17 has been a good home for our little team for quite some time.
