We’re situated out in IMT Manesar, specifically at Plot No. 64 in Sector 8. Osg (India) Pvt. Ltd. is right in the heart of the industrial zone. It’s a lot of concrete and big trucks around here. Our building is pretty plain, just a standard industrial plot like the ones next to us. Inside, there's the sound of machinery and the smell of cutting oil. We spend our days making sure the production line stays on track. It gets quite hot out here in Manesar during the summer months, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. There isn’t much in the way of shops or cafes right by us, so we mostly bring our own lunch and eat together in the small canteen area. We’ve been at this location for some years now. The roads have improved, but it's still a long commute for most of the guys. We don’t have a lot of visitors, mostly just suppliers and the occasional delivery driver. We aren’t into fancy corporate talk. We just focus on the specs and how the parts look when they come off the machines. If something breaks, we fix it. If an order is late, we work extra hours to catch up. It’s a simple, honest way to run things. We just keep our heads down and stay busy until it is time to clock out in the evening.
