Blue Eye

We’ve been here at M G Road R 34 for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us trying to keep things moving and making sure everything looks right before we open the doors. The traffic outside is usually a mess, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but inside it’s a bit quieter. We didn't really plan on writing much here, but people ask who we are. It’s just a small team. We spend a lot of time checking stock and talking to the people who wander in from the street. Sometimes it gets really busy and we barely have time to sit down, other times it’s slow enough that we just end up cleaning the same shelf twice. R 34 isn't the biggest spot on the road, but we make it work. We’ve seen other shops come and go around us while we stayed put. It’s mostly just hard work and showing up every morning. We don't have some big corporate story to tell you. It’s just a shop. If you’re walking past on M G Road, you might see us. We try to keep the windows clean but the dust from the road makes it hard. That’s pretty much the daily life here. Nothing fancy, just us doing what we do. We hope things stay steady for a bit on this road.
