Om Deep Constructions Llp is located on the ground floor at F-154Gf, Sushant Lok-Iii in Sector-57, Gurgaon. Being on the ground floor means we are right there where everything is happening, and people are always walking past our windows. It is a busy office but not a fancy one. We have a couple of desks, a printer that sometimes gives us trouble, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. We are a small construction firm and we spend most of our time coordinating between different sites and suppliers. Sushant Lok is a huge area and there is always some kind of construction going on, so it is a good place for us to be based. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud or the parking is impossible to find, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do not use any marketing tricks to get people to talk to us. We just show them the projects we have finished and tell them the truth about what we can do. Construction has a lot of moving parts and things rarely go exactly as planned, so we spend a lot of time solving problems on the fly. Most of our day involves checking on workers, making sure the materials are correct, and keeping the paperwork in order. We like the rhythm of working in Sector-57 and being part of the local building community here in Gurgaon.
