You can find us at C-52 in the Sushant Apartments, which is part of Sushant Lok-I in Block C. We’ve been working out of this part of Gurgaon for some time now. Development is what we do, which covers a lot of ground from planning to the actual work on the site. It’s not always glamorous work, often it’s just making sure the permits are in order and the workers have what they need to keep going. We keep a small office here because it’s close to a lot of our projects. It’s easier to jump in the car and be at a site in ten minutes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computer looking at site layouts. The apartment complex is a quiet enough place to get the office work done. We handle various types of development projects, mostly focusing on the local needs of the Gurgaon area. There is always a lot of growth happening around here, and we try to keep up with the changes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, it's just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it. We prefer to let the finished projects speak for themselves rather than talking ourselves up. It’s a practical business, and we try to run it in a practical way, focusing on the details that matter to the people who end up using the spaces we develop. That’s our daily life here.
