New-Age Real Estate Developers Private Limited

Our office for New-Age Real Estate Developers Private Limited is located at F-2579. We are pretty easy to find because we’re right near Columbia Hospital in Sector-23A. If you know that area of Gurgaon, you know it can get busy with people coming and going from the hospital all day. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though. We spend most of our time here dealing with different real estate bits and pieces. There is always something going on in the sector, whether it's new stuff being built or just the usual traffic. Being at F-2579 means we’re tucked into a corner of the city that stays active from morning until late at night. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just our workspace where we keep the files and talk to people. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like it does in many parts of town, but we manage. The team usually grabs lunch from one of the local spots nearby. It’s not a very complicated setup we have here. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to keep things moving along. Sector-23A has a specific feel to it, a bit more established than the newer parts of town further out. It feels like a good place to be based out of. We’ve been here at this spot for a bit and it feels like home now. We don't need much to keep things running, just some good coffee and a bit of quiet.
