Neelmahadev Builders Private Limited is located over at Sector-27 in Gurugram. You can find us on the ground floor at number 357. It’s a decent spot, though parking around here can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been working in the building trade around Gurgaon for a while now. It’s a fast-paced place, and sometimes it feels like a new building goes up every single week. We try to stay focused on our own projects without getting caught up in all the noise. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate image. We’d rather spend our time out on a site than sitting in a fancy boardroom. Construction is a tough business and things often go wrong. We’ve dealt with delayed permits and bad weather more times than I can count. That’s just part of the job here in 122001. We talk to our clients like regular people because that’s what we are. There’s no point in using fancy terminology when a simple explanation will do. We just want to get the walls up and the roofs on. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s stressful, but we like seeing a project finally get finished. We’re just local builders trying to make a living in a big city and doing the work properly as we go.
