Natraj Greens

We are located on Old Delhi Road, right near Atul Kataria Chowk. If you look across the way, you can see the Air Force Station. It’s a pretty recognizable spot in the 122001 area. The traffic on this road can be something else, but we’re used to the sound of it by now. Our place is called Natraj Greens, and we spend our days making sure everything is running right. It’s not a flashy establishment. We have the basic furniture and a kitchen that stays busy from morning until late. We see a lot of people who work at the nearby stations or pass through the chowk on their way home. We don't spend money on fancy flyers or commercials. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming here for years. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the tables are clean for the next person. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just part of life here. The crew is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't have any complicated rules or a corporate handbook. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a steady pace, and we’re happy to be part of the community on Old Delhi Road. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s a simple way to make a living.
