Nandish Builders Private Limited

We are way up on the 12A floor of Tower 2 in the M3M International Financial Center. Being in Sector-66 means we’re in one of the newer, taller parts of the city. The view is nice, but most of the time we are too busy to really look out the windows. Nandish Builders is a group of people who have been in the building trade for a good long time. Even though we are in a fancy building like the IFC, we haven't changed much in how we work. We still argue over the price of bricks and worry about the rain delaying a foundation pour. The office is usually full of half-drunk cups of tea and rolls of blueprints that nobody has bothered to put away. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here with all the security checks downstairs, but it’s a good spot once you're inside. We don't really do the corporate jargon thing. We just talk about timelines, materials, and how to get the job done without spending more than we have to. It is hard work, and sometimes things get tense when a project isn't moving as fast as it should. But that’s building for you. We just take it day by day, dealing with the inspectors and the contractors. We are just regular people trying to build things that stay standing, and we’ve been doing that for years.
