Namta Jindal

I’m Namta Jindal and I operate out of House No 4660 in Sector 23A over in Gurgaon. If you’ve ever been to this part of Gurgaon, you know the houses are all lined up and it’s a pretty residential feel compared to the big malls. I decided to start my work from here because I wanted to be around my home. It’s not some glass building with a fancy lobby and security guards. It’s just a regular house where I’ve turned one of the rooms into my workspace. I spend most of my day here. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times there is noise from the street or the neighbor’s dog barking at nothing. I don't have a big company with a hundred employees. It is just me, Namta, doing what I know how to do. I don't use a lot of fancy words to describe my work. I just try to be useful and get things finished on time. I’ve been in Gurgaon long enough to see it change from a small town to this massive city, but my sector still feels like a neighborhood. I handle my own emails, my own phone calls, and all the small details that come up during the day. It’s a lot of work sometimes, but I prefer it this way. I don’t have to answer to anyone but myself and the people I’m helping. It’s not a perfect office, but it’s where I get things done and it feels right.
