N. B. Y. Construction Private Limited

We’ve been here at House Number 1716 in DLF Phase-4 for a while now. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, and most mornings start with trying to find a decent parking spot before the heat really kicks in. N. B. Y. Construction Private Limited isn't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls; it’s more about desks piled with site maps and phone calls that don't seem to stop. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone comes back from the field at once, but we manage. You can hear the traffic from the main road outside pretty much all day. Someone usually goes out to grab tea for the crew around eleven. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and arguing over supply deliveries that are running late. It is just the way things go in this business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, nobody has the time to move the filing cabinets to get it done. Gurgaon changes so fast, and being right here in Phase-4 means we see it happening every day. It’s noisy, it’s dusty, and there is always some paperwork waiting to be signed on the corner of the desk. We don’t have a big receptionist area or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see a few of us hunched over laptops or talking on the phone. It’s a practical place for people who have work to do.
