MSY PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of New Palam Vihar, specifically at Upvan Vihar Phase 2. Gurugram is growing so fast that it feels like there is a new building popping up every single day, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is at U F. 1 A, which is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We mostly deal with property matters, which means a lot of walking around different plots and talking to people about land. It is not a polished real estate office with flashy lights. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files about local property lines. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons are usually spent here in the office handling the phone calls. Living and working in Gurgaon means you have to deal with the dust and the heat, but we are used to it by now. We do not really do big marketing stuff. Most of our work comes from people just stopping by or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It is a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. Sometimes the paperwork for these properties takes longer than we want, but that is just the way the system works here. We are just trying to help people find the right spot or sort out their land issues without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
