We are located on the 9th floor of Space Palazo. That’s on the Southern Peripheral Road in Sector-69. The name is Mountainia Developers and Hospitality. It’s a private limited company. Being on the 9th floor gives us a good view of the traffic below. Sector-69 is quite busy these days. We deal with development and hospitality stuff. The office is a bit modern because of the building, but we keep it pretty simple inside. We have a few meeting rooms that we actually use for storing extra supplies sometimes. It’s a long name for a company, so we just say Mountainia. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to hotel people. The Southern Peripheral Road is always under some kind of repair. We’ve been here since the building was relatively new. There are a lot of other offices in Space Palazo too. We share the elevators with a lot of different people. It’s a professional enough setup, but we still have our own way of doing things. We have a coffee machine that makes a lot of noise. Some days are just filled with emails. Other days we are out visiting properties. It is a mix of things. We don’t really have a big reception area. Just a desk where someone usually sits. We like being in this part of Gurgaon. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just getting things done.
