Mouktika Style And Design Private Limited

Mouktika Style and Design is tucked away in Tower 3 of Uniworld Garden on Sohna Road. We are up on the 18th floor, in Flat 1804. It’s a bit of a different setup since we’re in a residential tower, but it works for us. The view from up there is actually quite nice, you can see a lot of Sector-47 and the traffic moving along Sohna Road below. We do a lot of our designing right here at the big table in the main room. It can get a little crowded when we have a lot of sketches and fabric swatches spread out. The guards at the gate sometimes get confused about deliveries since it's an apartment building, but we’ve sorted that out mostly. We started this because we wanted a quiet space to think about style and how things are put together. It’s not like a regular shop where people just walk in off the street. It’s more of a private studio where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Some days we spend hours just debating over a specific shade of blue or the way a curtain should hang. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who really care about design. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevators are slow, but the space is worth it. It’s just a simple place where we try to make things look good.
