Modelama Exports Ltd. is tucked away at 184, Udyog Vihar, Phase-I. If you have ever been to Gurgaon, you know how Phase-I can get during rush hour. It’s a total mess of cars and people trying to get to work. Our building is pretty standard for this area. It's functional, with a lot of space for the goods we move. We’ve been in this spot for years, watching the glass towers go up all around us while we stay grounded in our brick-and-mortar reality. Inside, it’s a lot of movement. People are packing things, checking labels, and making sure containers are ready for the port. It’s an export business, so time is always on our minds. We don't have much time for small talk, though we do try to catch a break when the weather is nice. The summer heat in North India is no joke, and our warehouse area can get quite stuffy. We have fans going everywhere, but it only does so much. The office side is a bit cooler, but even there, it feels like we are always racing against a deadline. We aren't trying to be the most modern office in Gurgaon. We just want to get the products out the door without any mistakes. It’s a lot of paperwork and physical labor combined. We have some long-term staff who remember when this area was mostly empty fields. Times change, I guess.
