Modco Real Estate Private Limited

Modco Real Estate Private Limited is based out of Sco No. 3 in Sector 10 A, right here in Gurugram. We have been working from this office for a good while now, and it has become a second home for most of us. The office itself is not fancy or anything, just a basic space where we handle property papers and talk to people who are looking for a new place to live or invest. Some days the phone does not stop ringing and we are rushing from one site to another, while other days are much quieter and we just sit around with a cup of tea. We mostly stick to this side of Gurugram because we know the roads and the neighborhoods like the back of our hands. It is much easier to help someone when you actually know the area well. We do not have those big glass buildings or a lot of staff in suits. It is just a small team of us trying to keep things organized. Dealing with real estate involves a lot of paperwork and checking things twice, so we spend a lot of time at our desks or at the local government offices. We try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone who walks through the door. If a plot has an issue, we say so. We just want to get the job done and go home feeling like we did some honest work in our community.
