Micro Engineering And Fabrication Works. Our shop is out on Sohna Road in Dharuhera. If you are familiar with Rewari in Haryana, you know this stretch of road is quite industrial. It is not the cleanest place to work because fabrication involves a lot of cutting, welding, and metal bits everywhere. We usually have grease on our clothes by noon. The air smells like burnt metal most of the time, which I guess you just get used to after a few years. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning; it is more of a ground-level workshop where the real work happens. It can get loud when the machines are all running at once. We started this place because we knew how to handle tools and build things. Being in Haryana, we get all kinds of weather, from the freezing winters to the baking heat in May. We just keep the doors open and get on with it. There are usually a few projects sitting on the floor in different stages of being finished. It is a hands-on life here. We don't spend much time on computers unless we have to. Most of our day is spent out on the floor making sure the fabrication is done right. It is honest work and it keeps us tired but satisfied at the end of the day.
