Meghvarnam Realty Private Limited is tucked away in Flat No: D-71 at Technical Paradise. It is right in Sector-56 of Gurgaon, which is a pretty fast-paced area to be in. Our office is basically a flat that we turned into a workspace. It feels a bit more like a home than a cold office building, which we actually prefer. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee every day. The walls are covered with local maps and some calendars that are usually a month behind. We handle reality and property matters, which in Gurgaon, means things never really stop moving. We spend a lot of time stuck in traffic just like everyone else around here. When we are finally at our desks, we are usually juggling three things at once. It is a bit chaotic, but we have a system that works for us. We do not have a receptionist or anyone to open the door, so we just shout for whoever is closest to go get it. It is an honest living. We know the ins and outs of Sector-56 better than most. Most of our clients are just regular people looking for a decent place to live or invest their savings. We try to give them the straight story without any of the usual sales talk you hear elsewhere. It is just how we operate every single day.
