Our place is at Plot Number 576, on the first floor in Sector 4. Mb Bhardwaj Homz Llp is a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things manageable. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, so we can see who is coming and going. We spend most of our mornings talking about different housing designs and what materials are available at the local markets. It’s a lot of practical talk about bricks, cement, and how much time it takes to finish a roof. We don't have any polished presentations or marketing brochures to show people. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and some hand-drawn sketches to explain how a project will look. The office can get a bit crowded when the whole crew is in there at once, but we make it work. Sector 4 is a good area to be in, and we have gotten to know many of the local suppliers over the years. We try to keep our costs down so we can keep working without too much stress. If a pipe leaks or a door doesn't shut right on one of our sites, we go out and fix it ourselves. It’s not about being the most famous name in town, it’s just about doing a decent job so we can keep the lights on and move to the next project. We take pride in just showing up and doing the work.
