Maya Engineering Works

Our workshop, Maya Engineering Works, is located at No.249/23 in Heera Nagar. We are quite close to the Pataudi Road Police Chowki, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The area is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels like a real neighborhood where people know each other. We have a small space where we do all our engineering work. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or bits of oil, but that’s just the way it goes with this kind of work. We don’t have a big fancy office or anyone sitting at a front desk. Usually, one of us just wipes their hands on a greasy rag and goes to answer the door when someone knocks. The building is an older one and it has its own quirks, like the door that sticks whenever the rainy season comes around. We spend most of our time at the workbenches under the lights. Being near the Police Chowki means it’s a relatively quiet and safe corner of Heera Nagar. We have been operating out of this same spot for many years now. The neighbors know us by name, and we know them too. It is a simple life and a simple business. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just do our best with the machines we have and the space we've got.
