Maxop Engineering Co Pvt. Ltd. is located over in IMT Manesar, specifically at Plot No-10 and 27 in Sector-6. Having two plots helps us keep things organized, though it means a lot of walking back and forth between them during the shift. Manesar is quite an industrial hub, so there’s always something happening around us. We’ve set up our machines and desks to make the most of the space we have. It’s a practical setup, nothing too flashy. The morning starts early here, usually before the sun gets too hot, and we just dive into the engineering jobs we have lined up. The sounds of the machines are just part of the background noise for us now. We see a lot of trucks coming and going in Sector-6 since it’s a busy area. It gets a little crowded on the roads during shift changes, which is pretty typical for an industrial estate. We spend most of our time focusing on the technical side of things. It’s honest work and keeps us all busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the power fluctuates a bit, but we’ve got that mostly figured out by now. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep everything running smoothly. If you ever find yourself in the IMT area, you’ll likely pass right by our gate. We don't change things up much, just stick to what we know. The office fan makes a weird clicking noise but nobody bothers to fix it. We just focus on the orders we have to finish by the weekend.
