MASHIVA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Mashiva Builders and Developers Private Limited is based out of Element One in Sector-49. Specifically, you can find us in unit 422 on the B Block’s fourth floor. It’s a pretty modern building, which is nice, but we spend most of our time staring at blueprints or on the phone with suppliers. Sector-49 has really grown lately, and being at Element One puts us right in the middle of all that activity. The office itself is usually cluttered with folders and material samples. We aren’t the type of company to have a slick, empty lobby. It’s a workspace through and through. Mashiva Builders and Developers Private Limited is a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day I’m at the desk, and the next I’m out at a site checking on the foundation. It keeps things interesting, even if it is exhausting sometimes. We don’t go in for big mission statements or fancy branding. We just focus on the buildings we are working on and the deadlines we have to meet. Sometimes the elevators in the building are out of service, and walking up to the fourth floor is the most exercise we get all week. It’s just regular work life for us. We’ve been around the local area long enough to know how things go, and we just keep our heads down and keep building. It’s a lot of small details that eventually add up to a finished project.
