Mapson Infra Private Limited is run out of Flat Number 906 in Gokul Apartments, which is in Sector-45. We are located at GH-2, near the Badkal police station. It’s a bit different working from an apartment, but it keeps things quiet and focused. Ashok Kumar Mishra’s home is where the business is registered. We handle various infrastructure projects from here. It’s not your typical office with a lobby; it’s more of a personal setup where we go over drawings and handle all the paperwork. Sector-45 is a decent area and being near Badkal makes it easy to explain where we are to people. We don't really have a big public face or any promotional displays. We mostly just work with our existing contacts and take on new work through word of mouth. The apartment gives us a place to sit down and really look at the project details without the distractions you get in a commercial zone. We have a small team, and we mostly meet up at the actual work sites. Running Mapson Infra this way allows us to stay flexible. We don't have the overhead of a big building, so we can just focus on the infrastructure jobs we have on hand. It’s a low-key operation, but we stay busy enough throughout the year just by being reliable.
