MAKE ME BUILDER (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Make Me Builder (OPC) Private Limited is run out of Tower 6A in Valley View Estate. We are up on the 502nd unit. It is a nice view of the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road from up here, though we are usually way too busy looking at blueprints and spreadsheets to notice much. Being an OPC, it is a smaller operation, which means I handle a lot of the details myself. It can get a bit overwhelming when three different things need attention at once, but that is the life of a builder. I spend a lot of time driving between Gurgaon and Faridabad, checking on various small construction jobs we have going. It is not always the cleanest job in the world. I usually have mud on my shoes and a trunk full of tile samples and tools. I started this because I liked the idea of actually seeing something being built from the ground up. It is a lot more than just drawing lines on a piece of paper. You have to deal with laborers, suppliers, and all the red tape that comes with building things in Haryana. Some days I wonder why I did not pick an easier job, but then a project finishes and it feels okay. The office in Valley View is where I do all the boring stuff like taxes and payroll. It is a practical space for a practical business. We do not do big ads; usually, it is just word of mouth from people who have seen our work.
