Maison Infratech Private Limited is located on the 9th floor of Tower-B1 in the Tech Park at Sector-49. If you know Sohna Road in Gurugram, you know it can be a bit of a nightmare with the traffic, but once you get up to 957C, it’s a lot quieter. We handle a variety of infrastructure and construction projects from this office. It’s a lot of staring at computer screens and looking at site photos. We aren’t some giant firm with hundreds of branches. It’s just us here, making sure our projects stay on track. Construction is a tough business because there are so many things that can go wrong. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and site managers. Our goal is just to get the work done without too many delays. We’ve been in Gurgaon for quite some time and have seen it turn into a massive city. Being part of that growth is interesting, even if it means working long hours. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. Some days are better than others, especially when a big project finally wraps up. Our office is a mix of blueprints, half-empty coffee cups, and people talking over each other. It’s a real place where real work happens. We like being in this part of Haryana because it’s where all the action is.
