We operate out of Sector-72, specifically over at H004 in the Spaze Privy Apartments. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are based right in one of the residential areas we work around. Real estate development in Gurugram is a fast-moving business, but we try to keep things simple and direct. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors. Living and working in the same area gives us a good sense of what the neighborhood needs. It isn't always easy dealing with all the regulations and the pace of the city. We have our office set up here to manage the day-to-day tasks of developing property. Sometimes it’s about finding the right piece of land, other times it’s about the actual construction phase. We keep our records organized and try to stay ahead of the schedule, though in building, things rarely go exactly as planned. There is always something to fix or a person to call. We aren’t trying to be the biggest name out there, just focused on doing the work we have in front of us. Most days you’ll find us buried in paperwork or heading out to check on a site nearby. It’s a lot of work, but seeing a building go from an idea to a finished place where people actually live makes it worth the effort we put in every day. It's just us doing our part in Sector-72 and keeping things moving.
