Mahakaya Spacebuild Private Limited operates out of the ground floor at F-2521 in Ansal Esencia, Sector 67. We are right near M3M Marlin, so the whole area is always buzzing with new buildings and cranes in the sky. It is a fast-growing part of Gurgaon, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a simple setup where we keep our maps and project schedules. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom. We usually have workers coming in and out to get their instructions or pick up tools. The air is often thick with the sound of nearby construction, which reminds us there is always more to do. We deal with everything from the foundation work to the finishing touches. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when a deadline is coming up and the rain starts messing with our schedule. We don't spend money on big ads. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we built down the street and asking who did it. We try to be honest about how long things take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. There’s no point in lying about cement drying times. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized among all the chaos of a growing city. The office has a few chairs for guests, but we’re usually too busy to sit for long anyway.
