We are located at J-12/2 in Gurugram, and if you know this part of the city, you know how the traffic can get sometimes. The office is right in the middle of all that Gurgaon hustle. It is not a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most of us have been here for a good amount of time, so we know the local tea stall guy and the shortcuts to avoid the main road jams. Inside the office, it is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and site reports scattered around. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are going at the various spots we are working on. There is always someone running late because of the metro or a road closure, but that is just how it goes here. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations. Instead, we are usually on the phone or out at a site making sure things are actually being built right. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the days get long, especially when the weather is bad. We are just a local team trying to stay on top of our projects without making things more complicated than they need to be. It is noisy and busy, but we are used to it by now and wouldn't really know what to do with a quiet office anyway.
