LYNX BUILD TECH PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of SCO-66 in Swastik Vihar, located in the MDC area of Panchkula, Haryana. The 134114 area is generally a bit calmer than some of the other cities nearby, which we appreciate. Our office in the SCO building is where all the planning for our build tech projects happens. It is a functional space where we keep our records and meet with the various people we work with across Haryana. We do not put on airs or try to act bigger than we are. Most of the time, the office is just a place to get out of the sun and catch up on the endless paperwork that comes with the construction and tech industry. We have got a couple of computers that are always running and a big table where we spread out the plans. Panchkula has its own way of doing things, and we have adapted to the local pace over the years. We are not interested in flashy slogans; we just want to make sure the building tech we are responsible for actually works the way it should. The staff here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking on site progress. It is a steady job that requires a lot of attention to detail and a lot of patience with the local bureaucracy. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
