LSR Developers Private Limited is located over at E8/18 on the second floor along Arjun Marg in DLF Phase-1. It’s a busy part of the area, and being on Arjun Marg means there’s always something happening right outside the window. Our office is tucked away on the second floor, which is a bit quieter than the street level but still feels connected to the buzz of the city. We spend our days going through site plans and making sure our development projects are staying on track. It’s not the kind of place with marble floors or expensive art; we mostly have stacks of paper and sample tiles leaning against the walls. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking on contractor invoices. Sometimes it feels like we’re constantly chasing after people to get things finished, but that’s just how development work goes in a place like this. We don't have a big marketing budget or a public relations person. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure they get done without too many problems. DLF Phase-1 is a nice area to be based in, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the other local businesses nearby. We just show up every morning, drink our coffee, and get to work on whatever the day throws at us, trying to stay ahead of the schedule.
