You can find Lok Inder Homes over in Patel Nagar, at House No 785/5. It’s a busy neighborhood in Gurgaon, and we’ve been here for quite a while now. The house serves as our main office where we handle all the housing projects we have going on. It’s not a corporate office park, just a regular place in a regular street. We like it because it feels like home, and that’s what we do—we build homes for people. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We spend our mornings checking on the crews and our afternoons here at the desk, sorting out the accounts and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to go out and help move things along. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just know how to build and how to manage the sites. People in the area know us, and we get a lot of people just walking in to ask questions. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic from the main road nearby, but we don't mind. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The office is a bit messy with files and samples of tiles and wood, but we know where everything is. It works for us and keeps the overhead low so we can stay busy.
