Our base is over at The World Spa, specifically in Flat 302 of the B3 block. It’s a residential setting, which actually makes a lot of sense for what we do at Lagracia Homes. We spend our time thinking about how people live and what makes a house feel right. Working from a flat keeps us grounded and reminds us of the practical side of things. It’s not like a sterile office building. We have a kitchen, a balcony, and the usual sounds of a neighborhood around us. Most of our work involves planning out residential spaces and making sure everything is functional. We aren't a massive corporation with a board of directors. We’re a smaller team that cares about the details. Sometimes we lose track of time while looking at floor plans or talking to suppliers. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't have a receptionist; if you come by, one of us will just get up and open the door. We think it’s better that way. It’s more personal. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and it feels like the right place for us to be. We handle everything from here, from the first sketches to the final handovers. It’s a lot of work, but seeing a project come together is satisfying. We just try to do a good job and keep things simple for everyone involved. Sometimes we sit on the balcony to clear our heads when a design gets too complicated.
