KVS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Moti Vihar. We are on the ground floor, specifically GF-3 in the Sharan Appartment building. It’s in Silokhara, which is right near Sadar Bazar here in Gurgaon. If you know the 122001 area, you know it stays quite crowded and active most of the time. We use this space as our main base for all the construction stuff we handle day to day. Being on the ground floor makes it much easier when we have to move heavy things in and out. The office isn't too big, but it works fine for what we need. Most of the time we are out at different sites, but Sharan Appartment is where the actual desk work happens. We’ve been in this part of Gurgaon for some time now. People in Silokhara might recognize the name from the sign or just seeing our trucks coming and going. Sadar Bazar is just a short trip away, which is handy for getting supplies or meeting people for coffee. It’s a plain office, nothing special to look at, just where we run KVS CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED. We have our files, a couple of mismatched chairs, and the usual gear. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside the window. We just stick to our work and keep things simple. Haryana is where we do all our projects, and this spot in Gurgaon is central for us.
