It’s a pretty well-known part of the city. Richmond Park 1 is one of those places that feels a bit more tucked away even though it’s right in the middle of all the DLF action. Our office at B 315 is where we handle all the developing and promoting work. It’s a small space, mostly filled with computers and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk about property. DLF Phase 4 is always changing, with new shops and offices opening up all the time, so there’s always a lot to keep track of. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s not a very exciting routine, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big mission or any of that marketing stuff. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and make sure the projects are moving. Sometimes we walk around the block just to get some fresh air and see what else is being built nearby. It’s a busy environment but we’ve gotten used to the pace of Gurgaon life. Being based in the EWS Block keeps things a bit more grounded for us. It’s a decent place to work from every day. We've been here for quite some time now, and we've seen the whole area grow up around us.
