Our base is over at D-1004 in the Tulip Ivory complex, which is right in Sector 70 of Gurgaon. It is a busy area and there is always some kind of construction going on nearby. Being in a residential building means it is a bit quieter than a main road office, which is nice when we have to focus on all the logistics. The work we do is pretty specific, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinating with different people across Haryana. Most of the time, the office feels a bit cramped because we have so many files and documents related to the projects. We are not into big slogans or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a small team of people who show up every morning, drink way too much tea, and try to make sure everything runs on schedule. The elevator in the building can be slow sometimes, which is a bit of a pain when we are in a hurry. We know most of the security guards and the other folks working in the complex. It is a practical setup for us. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything. If you come by, you will probably just find us sitting around a table covered in papers, trying to figure out the next steps for a site or dealing with some local regulations that just changed. It is just normal daily work.
