Kauban Developers Llp

We are located in the basement floor of Hno 346, over in Sector 38. It’s a quiet place to work, being downstairs and away from the street noise. Kauban Developers Llp has been here for some time. We chose this spot because it’s practical and keeps our costs down. We don't need a big storefront or a flashy sign to do our development work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at different sites, so the basement is mostly for the paperwork and the planning. It can get a bit chilly down here in the winter months, but we have a couple of heaters that do the trick. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us trying to make things work. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending emails. It’s more direct that way. We know Sector 38 well, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We just try to stay focused on what we are doing and not worry about what everyone else is up to. There is always a lot to do, and not enough hours in the day, but we manage. It’s just regular work for regular people. We don't see any reason to make it sound more complicated than that. We just take the calls as they come and try to stay organized.
