Kataria'S Selection

If you look across from Stella Maris College on Cathedral Road, you’ll see our place. Kataria'S Selection is on the first floor of building number 45. It’s a handy spot because there are always students and people walking by on the sidewalk. We spend our days looking through fabrics and different clothes to keep on the racks. The shop isn't massive, but we try to keep a good variety of stuff that people actually want to wear. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when the college lets out. We’ve had this shop for years, and the walls probably need a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy for that right now. We don’t have a big staff, just us and maybe a helper to keep things tidy. We handle the sales, the folding, and the cleaning ourselves. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day. Sometimes people just come in to browse and chat while they wait for their bus. We don't put on any airs here. It’s just a regular clothing shop. We know what our regulars like and try to keep those things in stock. The traffic on Cathedral Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we’re used to the noise by now. It’s a good community around here. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in to look at the new selections.
