Karims Hotel

We are located at Qutab Plaza N-14 in DLF City Phase I. It’s one of those older shopping centers that everyone knows. Our kitchen stays busy from the morning until quite late at night. There is always a pot bubbling or something sizzling on the fire. The walls have a bit of soot on them because that’s just what happens when you cook this much for years. We aren’t a fancy hotel with velvet curtains or anything like that. It’s more about the food and the people sitting at the tables. Some days the lunch rush is so intense we can barely hear ourselves think over the noise of the plates and the shouting from the kitchen. We try to keep things organized but it often feels like controlled chaos. N-14 is a familiar spot for many people who live around here. We see families coming in on weekends and office workers grabbing a quick bite during the week. The staff has been around for a while, so we all know how the other person works without having to say much. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. We just focus on getting the orders out. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. If you’re in Phase I, you’ll find us easily. We just open the doors and get to work every day.
