Kanwar Constech Private Limited

Our office is over at Flat No. S-306 on the second floor of Uppals South End in Sector-49, right off Sohna Road. It is a pretty active area with a lot of new things being built all the time. Kanwar Constech Private Limited is right in the middle of it. We are a construction and technology-focused company, though mostly we just deal with the realities of building projects. Working on Sohna Road means we see a lot of traffic and a lot of growth. We spend our time managing site visits, talking to vendors, and making sure the technical side of things is actually working. It is not always easy to coordinate everything, especially when there are delays with parts or labor. We are just a small group of people working out of this flat. It is not a huge corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door opens it. We focus on the details of the projects we take on. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up drawings or go over the costs again. It is a lot of numbers and a lot of physical checking of work sites. We have been doing this for a while and have seen how fast this sector moves. We try to keep up without losing track of why we started this in the first place. It is just about getting the structures up and making sure they stay up for a long time.
