Jsg Developers Private Limited is based out of G 616 in Jal Vayu Tower, which is in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. Being in a big tower like this means there is always a lot of activity around us. We have neighbors who are always coming and going, and the elevators are usually a bit of a wait. Our office is a busy place where we handle development projects. We have a lot of large-scale drawings and plans rolled up in the corners of the room. It is not the most organized space, but we know where everything is. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons visiting different sites across Gurgaon. It is a lot of driving around and talking to contractors. Sometimes we have meetings in the office that go on much longer than they should. We do not have a big board of directors or anything. It is just a small team of us trying to get things built right. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay on top of all the new rules coming out. Gurgaon is a tough place for developers, but we have been doing this long enough to know the ropes. We are just regular people working in a tower, trying to do a good job for our clients without making things too complicated. It is just the way we have always done things around here.
