We’re located at Ml-14 in Eldeco Mansionz, which is over in Sector 48 on Sohna Road. Jkf Projects Private Limited is a small outfit, mostly focused on getting local projects finished. The office is inside the residential complex, so it’s got a much friendlier feel than those big office blocks. We’ve got a couple of desks and a very old coffee machine that still makes a decent cup if you know how to talk to it. Most of our work is out on the roads or at building sites, so the office is just where we regroup. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the project files, and a lot of stress about rain delays. Working on Sohna Road means we’re always in the middle of the action. The traffic is a nightmare in the evenings, but you get used to it. We handle a variety of project work, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know that things take time. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just show up and do what’s on the schedule. The team is small, and we all know each other well. It’s a bit of a messy office sometimes, with boots by the door and blueprints everywhere, but it’s a working office. That’s how we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just the ones who finish what we start.
