Jjrs Construction Private Limited is located in Tower No. 1 of DLF Corporate Greens. Our specific office is Dcg1-406 in Sector 74A of Gurugram. It is one of those newer areas of the city that is growing really fast. We are up on the fourth floor, and from there, we manage our construction projects. Even though it is a corporate-sounding building, we are still just a group of people who know how to build things. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at site plans on the computer. Sector 74A is a bit of a drive for some of us, but it is a good location for reaching different parts of Haryana. We deal with the usual stuff you would expect—contracts, suppliers, and checking on the progress of our sites. It is a lot of work to keep everything on track, and sometimes the days get pretty long. We don't really bother with all the corporate polish you might see in other offices in DLF Corporate Greens. We just need a place to sit and work. There is always a lot of construction noise coming from outside since this whole sector is still being developed. It feels appropriate given what we do for a living. We just try to stay organized and get through our to-do lists every day. It is a lot of logistics, but we have gotten used to the pace.
