JDM MAAGNUM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Sector-9A, specifically at 612-P. We operate out of Shobha Tripathi’s premises, which keeps us right in the heart of the neighborhood. It’s a quiet enough area, though Sector-9A has its moments of being busy with all the local movement and cars parked along the street. Being a private limited company sounds formal, but really, we’re just a small group of people trying to manage buildcon projects without making a big fuss about it. We spend most of our time coordinating between different sites and making sure the paperwork for the sector office is in order. It’s not always easy keeping track of everything, especially when multiple things are happening at once, but we manage. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space with a couple of desks and a lot of files piled up. We’ve found that being in a residential sector helps us stay connected to what people actually need when it comes to fixing up spaces. Sometimes the neighbors drop by to say hello, or we go out for tea to discuss how a particular wall or floor should look. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign near the gate. It's just a steady way of working, focusing on one thing at a time and making sure the jobs get finished. The fans hum all day and we keep the tea coming while we work.
