JAGPAL DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based at House Number 1406/17C in Gurugram, Haryana. Gurugram is a massive place now, but we are tucked away in a more residential-feeling part of it. Our office is really just a converted part of the house where we keep all our files and meeting tables. We have been working in the development and construction side of things for a while. We aren't the kind of company that has a glass tower with our name in neon lights. We just have a small sign and a lot of work to do. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or visiting sites around the city. Traffic in Gurugram can be a real headache, so we try to plan our site visits carefully. We have a small team, and everyone wears a lot of hats. One day I might be doing accounting and the next I’m out looking at a foundation. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but we like the work. We don't use any corporate jargon. We just tell it like it is. If a project is behind, we say so and try to fix it. We have lived here a long time and we just want to keep building things that people can actually use. That is what we do at 1406/17C every day without fail.
