We are over here in the Arcadia building in South City 2, specifically on the 7th floor of Block A. ISVI BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is really just a bunch of us working on various building projects around Gurgaon. Our office in Sadar Bazar is where we handle all the boring paperwork, but mostly we are out on sites making sure things are moving along. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the construction work and try to keep our clients updated on how things are going. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon makes it a bit hard to get from one site to another, but we manage. The Arcadia is a good spot for us because it's central and people can find us easily if they need to talk about a project. We’ve been at this for a while now and it’s basically just daily work for us. We deal with materials, labor, and all the regular headaches that come with building things in Haryana. It’s a practical business and we don't spend much time on big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by just seeing our signs at different sites. If you come by the office, it might be a bit cluttered with blueprints and samples, but that's just how we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay busy and do the job right.
