This is Ireo Management Private Limited. Our main office is located at House No.304 in Sector-5 of the Urban Estate here in Gurgaon. We have been in this part of town for a good while, and the 122001 area is a place we know inside out. Being in a residential-style house makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings downtown. We manage different properties and projects, which means our desks are usually covered in files and site maps. It can get a bit hectic on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to coordinate their schedules. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for years. We don't really do the whole corporate ladder thing; we just talk across the hallway when something needs fixing. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and move on. Sector-5 is a nice area with plenty of trees, so it is a decent place to spend the day. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep everything running smoothly for the people who rely on us. Our door is usually open if you need to drop off documents or ask a question about a project. It is a straightforward operation run by people who live right here in the community and understand how things work on the ground.
