IRAAJ HEAVY ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located at Flat Number 7, near the AIIMS area in Sector 21-D of Faridabad. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we do all our planning. Heavy engineering sounds like we have giant machines in the living room, but mostly it means we spend our time on the technical drawings and calculations needed for various projects. The actual machines are out on the sites, while we stay here and handle the logistics and the payroll. Sector 21-D is a decent part of Faridabad, and being near AIIMS makes it easy for people to find the general area. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporation. It's a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking on the steel orders. Sometimes the office gets crowded with rolls of blueprints and samples of materials, but we manage to find what we need. Engineering can be a headache when the numbers don't match the reality on the ground, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. We don't use fancy words to describe our work. We just build things and fix things. It’s a lot of long hours and tough decisions, especially when deadlines are tight. But we’ve been in Haryana long enough to know how to get things moving.
