Our office is located at E-003 in Bestech Park, View Spa, over in Sector 47. Being on the ground floor is quite nice because we can look out and see people walking by in the park area. Sector 47 is a decent part of Gurgaon, and Bestech Park is a pretty well-known spot. We have been here for a bit now, running Ira Sarayu Realty. The office itself is pretty standard. We have a couple of cabins and a main area where the rest of us sit. It gets a lot of light during the day, which is better than being stuck in a dark corner. We handle a lot of real estate stuff, mostly talking to people about houses and apartments nearby. It involves a lot of phone calls and walking people around to see different sites. We aren't a massive firm, just a dedicated group of people trying to help folks find a place to stay. Sometimes the printer jams or the coffee machine breaks, but we just deal with it. It is a low-key environment. We don't go in for fancy titles or big speeches. We just focus on the listings we have and making sure the paperwork is in order. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different parties. It's a busy life, but we like the pace of Sector 47. It’s a good place to be based for the kind of work we do every day.
